Cozy home in the perfect location

This house was perfect for my family's break from the valley heat. It is very spacious and has all the amenities you need. The patio is large and covered which was great for working on my laptop remotely outside while enjoying the cool weather. The house is located down the street from some great restaurants in the heart of the Pinetop area we like to spend most of our time. The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean, they had all the cooking utensils we needed, and we could not ask for a better stay. We will definitely be returning.

Great Option in Pinetop-Lakeside

We enjoyed our stay at this "Cozy Cottage" and I agree wholeheartedly. It is cozy and welcoming! There are so many special touches in this home that were a pleasant surprise! The furnishings and beds have been carefully chosen for comfort and convenience. So very comfortable and quality bedding and linens. The bunk room is so welcoming and spacious and it has its own bathroom! A great area for kids or a separate family. There is a dividing door that would allow for a two-family stay with some privacy. There is an additional area for sleeping in the plush pull out sofa in the living room. The quality decor and nice touches all throughout the home created a very warm and welcoming environment. The kitchen is very well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. A note that at this time there is not a dishwasher - unless you count my handsome husband! But we made short work of our dishes and it really was not an issue for us. The yard - front and back - is beautifully landscaped. While this home is not in a private area, the backyard faces the forest and the trees and shrubs provide enough privacy to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning on the beautiful back deck. Don’t hesitate to stay here!
