Quiet Hours - Complex Quiet hours are from 10p-7a. Any noise violations during this hours reported to the condo association will result in fee.
Walkways and Balconies must be clear. Do not hang towels/belongings on front walkway or balcony railings. Do not leave items in the front walkway.
Car park area must be organized - items placed in locker at end of day and cars fully parked in front of the yellow line.

Very easy access to a calm beach that we all love, especially on red flag days. The host is nice and responsive, supplied us with many toys and beach stuffs for kids. My mom loves all the kitchen supplies available. The house is beautiful, early check in was offered but we did not utilize due to our late arrival but was nice to know.

Beyond expectations!!

The photos looked great, but could never tell the true story of the location and comfort. This house very comfortably fit our group of 6 adults and two kids ages 7 & 9. You have a private (for condo building) pool that is right on the sound side of the ocean. Great views from the living room and balconies. You are so close to fun activities such as parasailing and glow kayaking, gas stations for quick needs and seafood groceries! We loved our stay and we will definitely be back!

Amazing! Well stocked, very clean and excellent communication with the host! To clarify, you walk in and downstairs is master bedroom and the bunk room. Upstairs is the kitchen and living room. The top floor is the single bedroom. All bathrooms are in the rooms. Balconies on living room and master bedroom. We came with a party of 9 ranging from ages 9-43. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Family Beach Trip

We have two daughters who live in central Florida and two who live near us in Louisiana. This was one of our getaway trips to spend time together. The condo was perfect, check-in was a breeze and the location absolutely wonderful. The only downside (if you could call it that) were the stairs. My husband has a bad knee and by the end of the stay he was hurting. (Perhaps he’ll get the knee replacement surgery now that he’s been putting off.) I would absolutely recommend this property.
