Relaxing Family Beach House - Brand New Construction!

Construction on this semi-detached beach home was completed in January 2024 -- that means EVERYTHING is brand new and top quality! With 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there's enough room for 6+ people to be comfortable. Enjoy all the comforts of home while relaxing on vacation -- because this is a full-size home, you'll have a full size kitchen with all new appliances including a full-sized washer and dryer! Meant2Beach features 2 queen-size beds, 2 full-size beds, a twin-size bed, WiFI, and SmartTVs in every room.

The beach house is located near TWO public beach access points. In addition, because we are in a residential area, the beach is much less crowded than other areas of Pensacola Beach--even on holidays.
Want even more privacy? We are located less than 5 minutes from the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Opal Beach, and only 3 minutes from the East Snorkeling Reefs.

We aim to provide everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating beach vacation. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs, an ice chest, and beach toys. Additionally, we supply you with laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash--leaving more room in your suitcase for souvenirs!We want you to fall in love with Pensacola Beach just like we did.

Please note, the home, like most homes on Pensacola Beach is on pilings, so guests will have to climb 1 flight of stairs to access the property. You will have full, private access to the home--there are no shared spaces. Please keep in mind this is a semi-detached home: use the driveway on the RIGHT side of the property and enter using the RIGHT side staircase. Please do not enter the LEFT side driveway, LEFT side stairway or the LEFT SIDE fence as they lead to a separate home.

Great stay

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and near to everything we wanted to do. Kristin was in contact to make sure we didn’t need anything. The beach was close and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for a family getaway. The shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive and the nearby beach has very little traffic compared to the resort areas down the road. The home is extremely clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. A hosts.We'll be booking again soon!

This rental property is awesome! Everything was super clean and well kept. This was everything we expected and more! Our kiddos loved it and so did we! We highly recommend this property if you want the perfect get away but is still close to things to do!

Family Beach Vacation

Beautiful beach home, loved the location, away from the touristy crowd but close enough to enjoy plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment! From the moment we booked our trip, the owners were very quick to respond to messages, offered many tips and ideas for things to do and places to eat. We loved the welcome gifts. The home came with everything we could need and more, including beach towels, chairs, toys and games for the children, and included a washer and dryer for our use. It was great to be back to Pensacola, I was stationed here in the 80's, and so much has changed, I welcomed their suggestions of local establishments for dining, etc. and the family enjoyed seeing the Blue Angels practice show. Highly recommend this vacation home and the awesome hospitality from the hosts!

We love how quiet it is at this end of the beach. We are further away from the hustle and bustle -- enough so that you feel like you have the beach all to yourself, but close enough that you can walk or take a short drive to restaurants and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Because this semi-detached home is new construction, it was built with guests in mind. You get all the comfort and space of a brand-new home at the rental price of a townhome.
