Nature Note: Due to the home’s wooded setting, occasional sightings of insects or wildlife are possible, despite thorough cleaning efforts.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only (maximum of 2 dogs). A $150 pet fee per reservation applies and will be charged within two weeks of arrival. Pet fees are not included in the initial booking price.
No Smoking: A strict no-smoking policy is in place. A $250 fee will be charged for any violations.
Lost Items: If you leave an item behind and request its return, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
Extended Stays: Stays over 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, which will be manually added after reservation confirmation.
