Boasting 3 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed & AC, 2 bathrooms equipped with towels, shower gel & shampoo, and hair dryer; a well-maintained enclosed property with parking, HS internet & IPTV, and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine & iron/board, this home is an ideal haven for families, professionals or a group of friends seeking a peaceful retreat. Just a 10min walk into Roseau, Dominica's capital, Kai Dou is an easy walk or a short bus ride into town. Kai Dou comfortably sleeps 6 persons, however arrangements can be made to sleep 2-3 additional persons.

Kai Dou is located in Goodwill, which is a 10 min walk into Roseau. Goodwill is a nice quiet residential neighborhood. the Hospital is just a 2 min walk, followed by a small grocery store and onward to a pharmacy. There is a playing field across from the Hospital which is ideal for children to play or ride their bikes. Public transportation to or from Roseau is constant.

What makes this property unique

Kai Dou is a little gem. Host/Owner do not reside on premises. Guests will have the house entirely to themselves. It is fully equipped with everything any guest would need, including board games and books. The host is a call away if guests need anything.

Host also facilitates guest with other services such as very reliable taxi/tour guide, car rental, day spa, use of private river property, and dining options.
