An eat-in kitchen mezzanine overlooking a 2-story living room with a fireplace, and a massive rooftop deck, which gives the building its name. The main bedroom sleeps two (featuring a queen-size bed) and has an additional nursery space for a crib, which walks out to a spacious balcony with tall parapet walls for extra privacy. Up a final flight of stairs, the penthouse accommodates an additional 2 adults (in a queen-size bed) and features a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as direct access to the rooftop deck. This home has 1 small bathroom. In addition to a plethora of local restaurants, shopping, and activities, this home is located a few blocks from the regional rail line & Amtrak, and a short train ride can take you to the bustling metropolises of Philadelphia, NYC, or Washington, DC.
