Welcome to the gated complex of Tahoe Woods in the heart of Heavenly Village. 3-bedroom multi-level, close to Lake Tahoe. 10 mins walk (3 min drive) to Stateline casinos, Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Ski Resort, shops & restaurants at Heavenly Village, the gondola up to Heavenly for skiing/snowboarding.
Lakeside Beach charge $25 per adult which is 7 minutes away by walk; free beach is El Dorado Beach which takes 5 minutes by drive.

Located in a gated community, but bears still can get in at night time.

First Floor:
1. Master bedroom
2. Two Bunk bed room ( Three queen and two twin bed)

Second Floor:
• Queen bedroom
• Kitchen
• Living room
3 bedrooms (1 king size, 1 queen size, 1 bunk bed with 3 queen size, 1 bunk bed with 2 twin size) and 3 bathrooms.

Fits up to 12 guests. For more than six guests, the rate is $10 per person per night. The maximum occupancy for this house is 12 guests. Infants are not charged.

Provided cooking and dining amenities, 12 bath towels.

1 garage spot and 1 driveway spot for parking. For extra cars, please park at guest parking on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Throw your trash to the dumpster infront of the condo, extra trash bags can be found under the sink cabinet in the kitchen.
Turn off all the lights, faucets, heaters, fans and A/C.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Please remove outdoor shoes upon entering the house. Slippers indoor use only. - Party fine: $300. - Smoking inside fine: $250.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. - Please load and run the dishwasher before your check-out. - We don't allow early check-in or late check-out.
1 garage spot and 1 driveway spot. Please note that the garage door is narrow, truck needs to park at guest parking. - $1000 per pet per stay.

South Lake Tahoe rental

Excellent location. Everything is a short walk including restaurants, skiing and the casinos. The place was well stocked with supplies which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

We (40-somethings) visited Tahoe for a friend’s birthday. We would 100% recommend this condo! CLEAN, spacious, well-appointed, fantastic location. Had everything we could possibly need. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. Loved mornings on the balcony with the gas fire pit. If we ever get lucky enough to visit Tahoe again, we would definitely stay here again.

Group outing

We went to tahoe for a bachelor party(this isn't a place for the traditional bachelor party). The only issues we had were that the wifi wasnt working 3 days of the 5 days we stayed. They got it fixed.

Stayed 2 nights over a weekend. Great location, spacious, very clean, bedding was comfortable, walking distance to casinos, restaurants, etc. Secured gated property, A/C fantastic, easy access, quiet for the most part, garage for small car. The only two issues which isn't a deal breaker, no slider/patio window covering in kitchen area. All other window coverings were secured but the slider overlooked the parking lot and into other rentals was a privacy issue with us. Property Management and on-call local contact promptly responded but did not have coverings. The picture of unit shows three floors, the top floor is also a rental by other management fyi. Easy checkout.
