The house is in an excellent location. We were there over July 4 so the house was a little more expensive but as expected. The location is walkable to the beach and also State Line. Also within walking distances is a Whole Foods and food such as Chipotle and burgers as well as others. It was a perfect set up for our group of 6 adults, a newborn, and a two year old. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. I recommend.
