Having been a resident of the Del Dios area on the banks of Lake Hodges for over 30 years, and having run the Lake Hodges Aquatic Center and Concession for 12 of those years, Brian Caldwell is the ultimate Lake Hodges local. As an award winning photographer, consultant for the recent PBS Nature Documentary ‘San Diego, America’s Wildest City’, an avid outdoorsman and nature enthusiast he is aware of the local climate, seasons, weather, water management, Lake Level and how these affect the flora and fauna in the area.

location, location, location :) It feels like you're in the countryside, lake and all, but with all the amenities of a large city only 10 minutes away.
What makes this property unique
It's all all about convenience and comfort in a beautiful setting. There are plenty of USB charging stations and a good Wi-Fi signal for smartphones, laptops, and tablets. The Smart TV has a variety of subscription streaming services including NETFLIX.
How about dinner and drinks on the patio? No problem with the charcoal fired barbecue and outdoor dining area.
If you've as dog, there is a dedicated outdoor potty area and the private outside patio and entrance area has optional gates that can be closed for keeping your pet safe.
