This wonderful Casita/Studio is located near to all the fun travel destinations that Southern California has to offer
yet is quiet, private and away from the crowds. Private entrance and a place to unwind and just enjoy the
beautiful and art-filled tropical gardens.
1 Queen Bed w/lovely linens for comfortable sleeping, a Flip Sofa for added sleeping space, Full bathroom and large walk in shower, Kitchenette with all the necessities.

PLEASE NOTE: We are 100% No Smoking/ Vaping/Drugs or Pets... if you can't abide by these rules, please don't choose to stay at our property.

Fantastic property with all sorts of extra amenities, from the chocolate chip banana bread to the excellent coffee and every utensil you could think of! Beach, chairs, umbrella, towels, books, movies, games, best place I have ever rented! Hummingbirds every morning to greet you and a beautiful patio to sit down on.

The casita was a perfect little spot for my wife and I. The neighborhood is quiet, the location was ideal, the bed was very comfortable (softest sheets I’ve ever slept on), the kitchenette is well appointed with everything we needed, the shower felt wonderful and I especially enjoyed my morning coffee outside listening to and watching the hummingbirds banter about. Nancy and Jim are wonderful hosts and we appreciated being there at their casita. It’s definitely worth staying here.

Built our home, and we raised our two children here,
now both married with children of their own. Still local, we
get to enjoy seeing our 6 grandchildren grow which is
a true blessing to us.
Our Casita was born in 2012 (having a builder for a husband is great) :-) thus fulfilling my dream to
have a sweet little place for friends and family to enjoy; giving all who visit a place to rest, recharge
and discover new and interesting places to see and experience.

Why they chose this property

We built on this property because of the central location to anything and everything you may ever need, but, far enough away to have peace and quiet. Having an ocean view and beautiful sunsets is a wonderful added bonus!

What makes this property unique

Our Casita is located 3 minutes from the 78 Hwy so getting around is incredibly easy. Once here you will be surrounded by our gardens with lovely mosaic tile work, that I have enjoyed creating through the years, and beautiful running fountain to add to the peacefulness and enjoyment of visiting birds, butterflies and dragonflies too.
