The home was clean and themed well for Penn State. Kitchen was well stocked. The fenced in back yard was great for the dogs and the back yard game room was a fun place to hang. The location was also just minutes from campus. I would definitely stay again.
What an amazing place! Everything you could need for a fun weekend in State College. Sarah was very gracious and responsive. The house was well decorated and had plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. Convenient to a CATA bus stop and we even walked to HiWay Pizza as well as downtown. Looking forward to returning soon!
Two of my children attend Penn State and I wish I found this rental sooner! It is extremely comfortable, has a great yard/game room, well stocked kitchen and a short walk to campus. Highly recommend.

I am glad that you enjoyed your stay! We try to offer a great experience, property, and value to our guests. I wish that your rating matched your purported enjoyment. You did give feedback after your stay was completed, but I wish you had communicated beforehand. You mentioned needing propane - we had extras on hand and would have helped you.
We had a wonderful stay during the week of Thanksgiving. The dining room was perfect for thanksgiving dinner. The living room was perfect for watching football after dinner. We also enjoyed the game room. The beds and linens were very comfotable
The host's are very responsive and helpful. The property is wonderful - walkable to downtown, clean, plenty of space, well decorated, great game room, great yard!
There were knife marks in countertops. We were blamed and absolutely did not do it

You damaged our brand new granite countertops by carving into them with knives, despite multiple cutting boards provided. We have proof that you did this as our before check in video was missing it, and afterwards they were there.
I extended grace, paid for the granite company to refinish the countertops and repair the damage you caused. I didn't even give you the rating that you deserved. I hope you treat people better in the future, and show more respect for other people.
Tables were also flipped over in our fame room from these destructive, dishonest guests.
We had a great time for our holiday family reunion here! We booked at the very last minute and the entire stay was stress free. We had a quick question for the VRBO owner and she got back to us in minutes. I would recommend this home in an instant. And I want go back ASAP!
This VRBO made us feel right at home at Penn State! We brought with us our new (well-behaved) puppy and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The backyard is spacious and fenced in, allowing me to sit out and work comfortably while the puppy roamed. The separate space with game tables was great for my teen and her friend to hang out. Great neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and campus. The hosts were so lovely and communicated throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!
We have stayed in many houses, but this was by far the best experience! The host, Sarah, has everything that you’ll need. She was also very responsive to questions we had. The house is a great combination areas to spread out and maximizing sleeping space. The game room was a blast with the teens and adults. The back yard is huge and the grill cooked for all 10 of us easily! We will book again for our next tournament!
Such a cute and comfortable home with so many amenities! Detached game room, big dining room table for the whole family, and privacy fence made it perfect for a trip with the family as well as our dog. We visited to go to Tussey Mountain and see our daughter up at school but this place would be amazing for a pregame tailgate before a game. I could definitely see us renting this home again in the future.
We spent a long weekend in Penn to visit our college student daughter for her birthday and brought her dog along for a surprise. After a long drive, we were so pleasantly impressed with this house and backyard facilities. The home is cosy yet spacious enough with so many ‘Penn stater touches. Plenty of linens and supplies as well as a beautifully well stocked kitchen.
Bedrooms aren’t huge but beds are nice and big and there’s plenty of space to relax.
Our dog was in heaven and quickly learned that outside
meant ball throwing because the yard is so spacious! We enjoyed every part of our stay. We were a small group but it can easily accommodate a larger group for both sleeping and hanging out. We walked to college ace and back three nights which was great.
From the football stadium it’s a little more of a hike but would be fine without you g kids.
Sarah was a great communicator and house had easy access and parking. Loved it!
