Nice but

I stayed there for three nights for a small family getaway. The cabin is nice and we enjoyed our stay however I definitely won’t book it again or recommend it to a friend .There are issues with the cabin itself and issues with the location/neighborhood .The cabin has few flaws the first one is the a scene not blinds, curtains and shades .All windows are fully exposed which is a problem if you like your room dark in the morning and also for the first floor bedrooms and there are two of them privacy is none existing which is specially problematic for the master bedroom that had a giant double door overlooking the patio so forget about any romance in this room .The furniture overall is cheap and some of the pieces are carage sale caliber like the pool table .The fireplaces are ultra cheap and cumbersome to turn on .you would think it will be an on off button with a times but it is not.The Internet speed is slow and doesn’t support many devices .No extra blankets for anyone who likes to sit outside on a chilly night .Now the development is a bigger problem this is located 5 miles or so up 295 from where everything is and a solid 10 miles from the park entrance which is not a big deal except that you have to drive two miles on a gravel road that is so poorly done even by gravel road standards .you can’t go faster than 10-15 miles on it .Of course there is a bunch of construction sites around so the amount of dust each time a vehicle passes is considerable

This was a great house for a weekend stay in Broken Bow with our family of 8 adults and 6 children. The amenities included were definitely worth the price (swings, playground, fire pit, pickleball, indoor games) - we probably could’ve spent all of our time at the cabin without getting bored. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than the basic necessities to prepare meals and we enjoyed using the grill as well. We also loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom for convenience. Everything was clean. The patio furniture and whole backyard area does get really dusty, because of the proximity to the dirt road and probably also due to the dry season right now. The kids couldn’t use the slide because of how much dust was inside and there wasn’t really an easy way for us to clean it. Just something to be aware of for future guests and potentially for the host to improve with a more thorough cleaning after each stay.
