We were pleased with the rental and the amenities offered. The games provided were plentiful for our family to engage with each other. We felt at home in the house and had what we needed to cook and clean.
This property was exactly as pictured, described, and listed. My twin 4 year olds loved the outdoor swing set, outdoor games, and attached slide/rock wall to the cabin. The hot tub worked great & was cleaned, drained & refilled prior to our arrival. My mother is handicapped & it was difficult to find a cabin that had minimal steps to the inside (2), 1st level outdoor patio/fireplace, and at least 1 first level master bedroom. This cabin checked all those marks. The cabin has 1 indoor gas fireplace and 1 outdoor. They were so easy to light by just pushing a remote on the wall! No firewood needed. We did bring firewood to make s’mores in the ground fire pit by the swing set one night. We had so much fun & would def stay here again!
We had a great long weekend with our kids before heading back to school soon! The cabin was perfect, had all the amenities you could need, the decor was pleasant, and the host was excellent with communication! We only wished we were a little closer to town but then again it was nice to be out of the towns traffic so we couldn’t complain! Would definitely recommend this house if you plan to make the trip!
The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Our favorite parts were the back porch and fire pit area. We were a little disappointed that firewood was not provided and no welcome basket with any snacks or smores items although the pictures depicted them. Our only other negative was that the road to the cabin is not paved, undeveloped with only gravel and rough. The cabin had plenty of great amenities and activities for our family to enjoy. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The hot tub was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay!!!
Outstanding property that exceeded my expectations through owners intentional effort to make it feel like home. The utilities and appliances provided made for a super easy stay (Grill, toaster, crock pot, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc)

The cabin was not quite as pictured and seemed significantly smaller. We have stayed in MANY cabins in Broken Bow and this one was disappointing. The fans in all rooms were covered in inches of dust and was gross. There were barely any supplies in the kitchen and ants in the salt shaker. The place was somewhat clean otherwise. Comforters had stains on them. The hot tub towels were VERY thin and only a couple. There was a mouse when we entered inside the cabin and we found a few roaches as well, some dead. The cabin itself was decent, but clearly not kept overall. Also, there was no option to have firewood, which was a first as well. I wouldn't recommend this cabin or chose this cabin again for a multitude of reasons.
The host is quick to respond but nothing was followed through. The upstiars was covered in bugs and was told they would be cleaned up but never were. Its December and there was only one extra blanket in the house. It is a house for 10 and only 8 towels. Only 4 hot tub towels. The had to use two towels for us adults because they were so small. As far as the house goes was beautiful and looked like the pictures but would of been nice to have real towels and blakets innthe house. Dishes were also dirty in the cabinet and we had to clean them before using them.
