Check-in is at 4 pm, and guests are kindly asked to coordinate their arrival with the Concierge. The property is located in a quiet community, and loud noise is not allowed after 10 pm to comply with Mexican laws. Parties are strictly prohibited, and the villa is not pet-friendly. Only registered guests in the reservation are allowed to enter the premises, ensuring a secure environment.

Only a short 10-minute drive separates you from the renowned beach road, ensuring easy access to Tulum's famed coastline (bumpy unpaved roads are not uncommon in as our small town is now turning into a city)

Within a brief 10-minute journey in the opposite direction lies La Veleta, a coveted area brimming with lively restaurants, charming cafes, and pathways weaving through lush jungle landscapes. Equally close is Aldea Zama, granting exclusive access to a vibrant residential enclave. A few minutes further leads you to Tulum Center, the bustling heart of this lively town. There is free parking available for the unit. A vehicle is neccesary to reach most surrounding areas comfortably. We reccommend renting a scooter for the most efficient and exhilerating way to explore the area!

Typical construction hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. At times, these hours might extend from 8 am to 6 pm. Some phases of construction may involve noise. While we strive to make your stay memorable, construction-related circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Fauna Encounters:
Wildlife Abounds: Tulum is home to a diverse range of creatures, from sea turtles to jungle-dwelling species. These animals may pass through or seek new habitats due to ongoing changes and construction: Please do not harm any wildlife you encounter. Notify us if you come across any animals so we can safely return them to their natural environment. Additionally, we strongly recommend keeping food in the fridge to avoid tempting these little friends, as we have no control over their persistent search for food.
