Sands Dunes Resort & Spa has the reputation for being one of the most fun and exciting resorts in Myrtle Beach.

Come and Relax in our spectacular renovated Ocean Front Condo in the exclusive Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach. Wood grain porcelain tile throughout. New furniture and paint. Two new queen beds with pillow top mattress.
Enjoy the beautiful views from your private balcony. In the morning relax and watch the sunrise you may even catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the surf.
The kitchenette has a Stainless steel full size refrigerator. There is also a beverage refrigerator and 2 eye Ceramic stove top and microwave.
A Kuerig for your morning coffee be sure and bring your K-cups, Crock Pot and Toaster
All utensils, cookware ,dishes, and glassware.
Paper towels and hand towels

This is a privately owned unit and is not on the Sand Dunes rental program.

PLEASE NOTE
The water park in the parking lot is EXCLUDED.
It is owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an extra resort fee for exclusive access. Guests renting privately are unable to access this area.
There is a Beautiful Oceanfront pool lazy river and Splash Zone for your enjoyment.

Linens are provided but Bath towels are NOT.

Cleaning provided by a private housekeeper. Daily maid service is not included.
There is a key less entry for your convenience. (no keys to keep up with) No need to check-in at the front desk.
The elevator is steps away for easy access to the lobby, dining and beach.
It also takes you directly to the 2nd floor where the Oceanfront indoor pool and spa are located.
The indoor pool and hot tubs have been renovated. The pool is heated.

Perfect place to stay!!

Room was perfect! Beds were the most comfortable beds ever! Rhonda, the host, was absolutely the best! She stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!

Lovely Beach Apartment

A week in a great apartment overlooking the ocean and the busy beach. Great amenities and walking distance from several 4 star restaurants. Beach in the morning, pool in afternoon and either dinner in the room or out. Very relaxing vacation.

This unit had beautiful wood-like tile flooring and a very relaxing décor. We loved the view, the lounge chairs in front of the pool, the ease of walking to/on the beach and parking was great. It was very close to some very good restaurants, groceries, and Apache Pier, although my husband a fishing license and did some surf fishing. Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful property!

My husband and I went for our anniversary weekend and loved it! The decor is beautiful and the view is the BEST! We didn't cook, but I think everything that we would need was supplied. The condo was clean and well stocked with games and toys for kids. We plan to return as soon as we can.

The location of the property is great! The amenities were good and the communication between myself & the owner was very good. The only thing I wasn't keen on is the fact that it really needs updated and it could have been a little cleaner...just minor things like the rug in the bathroom should have been washed, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall it was a pretty good trip!!

We had such an amazing time! Sunrise from the balcony was such a view, and watching dolphins was so fun! The only inconvenience was that the starter packet of shampoo/conditioner, soap, or lotion was missing.

This will be where I stay from now on!

This property was absolutely the perfect place to enjoy our vacation! It’s conveniently located kind of “in between” North and South Myrtle Beach so practically everything was a ten minute drive! The amenities our host provided helped us to feel right at home and kept us from running to the store every day. The convenience of the restaurants just across the parking lot and downstairs made it so we would’ve never had to step off the resort if we didn’t want to! Parking was tight in the garage, but I only had to park in there 2 times the entire length of our stay. All the other times I was able to park right by the entrance to the hotel. The view was gorgeous and it added to our trip. Even when we weren’t outside, we could take in the waves from our beds, or balcony! Noise level was not an issue, nor was customer service. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Everything was perfect

Just as described and great communication with owner of the properly. Everything is there so you definitely could just stay there and don’t leave the resort with great access to beach. Not far from restaurants and attractions. Plan on staying here again when I come back to Myrtle beach

The oceanfront view was the best place of this place. The condo we stayed in was EXTREMELY noisy that we couldn't sleep. We were there two nights and the apartment next us placed music and the TV all night and there was an adjoining door that was not sealed properly so it was as if we were in that room. We left the second night at 3 a.m. because we couldn't take it anymore.

Awesome doesn’t come close!

Our stay was speechless. Not one bit of trouble with anything! The room was gorgeous so much that my wife got teary eyed when we first walked in. Everything was just as described, no surprises at all! The beach view was perfect both day and night! The beds, pillows and bedding were just fabulous nothing worn or lumpy ect. The resort itself was also great it even has a store!!

We stayed for the Carolina County Music Festival. Overall very nice, quiet. Very comfortable, had a family of 3. Nice view. Restaurants, pools and beach access, and a convenience store on sight. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was excellent

We'll most definitely be returning. Mrs. Rhonda was EXCELLENT! Communication is key for me and she went over and beyond in that department (actually all departments). The location was in the center of everything. Not to mention the on-site restaurants, waterpark, arcade and convenience store was a plus.

Relaxing

Great studio condo, location, and interaction with host. Host was fantastic to work with even allowing us to check out late due to next guest change in plans. The location is close to everything but not so close its noisy. The view! What can I say. Having coffee on the balcony facing the ocean is awesome. The only small issue we had was I didn't read the description fully and we needed to bring our own bath towels and the coffee maker is K cup. But these two things were on me for not remembering this. Great stay and great price!
