Our second stay here… Awesome place! Plenty of room and a very well equipped kitchen for cooking dinners with family and friends. The outside space is gorgeous… Beautiful scenery… Feels far away but close to shopping. Can’t wait till next year!

The property is amazing and very well maintained. The host, Wayne, was very responsive to my questions.GPS will get you there, but there is no house number on the road. What you will see is a metal pole with a red plastic ribbon tied to the top. Turn there, and you will see a tree-lined driveway and the house in the background.If you're trying to decide whether or not it is nice enough, book it - you won't regret it.

Such a lovely home, Wayne was easy to reach and quick to respond! We celebrated our daughter’s wedding on Saturday at Monadnock State Park (about 20 minute drive) and had a lovely dinner the night before, there was plenty of room for all of us! Would definitely stay there again!

We love the lovely large house and its great location right in the town of Peterborough, but hidden by woods and in farmland. Wayne Dodds is a wonderful host. It's been the perfect place for family get-togethers in both winter and summer..

We needed accommodations for a family of 10 close to Aldworth Manor for a wedding. This property was perfect- plenty of space to relax and chill during down times, and a 20 minute drive to the venue. Just right for a large family

We were looking for a somewhat rural place for lots of family members could have their own quarters. This place fulfilled it all. Close to everything and yet it felt remote. Easy place to relax. Just what we wanted.
