The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Discard all trash using clear trash bags in grey bear proof shed just outside your door beside the driveway. Clean all dishes used for cooking and return to original locations.
Place any used, sheets, pillow cases and towels in laundry room hamper. Leave comforter and pillows on bed Return bikes and sports equipment to shed up the hill
Hang up life jackets to dry Return kayaks and canoes to boat launch rack upside down. Key can be left on the kitchen counter. Doors can be left unlocked Open all curtains.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No one under the age of 18 may use the house and or property or any amenities without parental supervision.
Only Guests listed on the reservation can have access to the property. All guests must provide contact information
Quiet hours are between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Fires must be permitted.
