The stay was great. The apartment had most everything we needed. It was centrally located for our trip and the exploration of the surrounding area. We would definitely book it again, as it was clean and comfortable. Note; for any place that I stay I give an honest and fair review and unless staying at a place on par with the best of the best (Being a Northerner that has stayed in some of the finest hotels in New York City and Boston) it is almost impossible to get a five star rating. Like I said I would definitely stay there again if I ever visit Jacksonville again.
Peaceful place washer and laundromat really close like a block on Pecan, a tad bit chilly til we found the awesome lil heater that warms the bedroom nicely, walking distance to welcome food store for basic needs and a gate not to far away as well as public transportation another block away to get around the 18 bus. Small but nice little getaway while we had work done on our BNB.
Living room furniture was tiny and very uncomfortable fans don’t work bed was very low and had bed room furniture had been mistreated Smells like it’s used mostly for smoking and one night datesNot comfortable at all and nothing has been dusted We were left with a half used roll of toilet paper and 1 wash cloth. I was told it should be enough for 1 night and asked what do I need like it’s a problem to accommodate properly.

The location could not have been any better , literally 5 mins from my grand babies..but we spent ..what.. 5 days 4 nights there and was left with 1 towel and 1 wash cloth each, we had to go to costco to buy some, for long stays give atleast 2 per adult; since theres no washing machine or Drier on the premise, 2ndly I know your wanting to make a profit off every stay but take 10 go to walmart and but a new shower curtain liner and a shower curtain; I dont know if that is Blood or what all over the curtain but it made me very weary about the care and cleanliness of the apartment. And Third there was Hair on the toilet, and on the shower walls, 2 for bleach cleaner at walmart, a heavy spray and rinse down with hot water makes it ready foe your guests.
The property is nice and cozy. The communication with the owners was easy and quick. 10/10 would recommend as a place to stay if you’re visiting Jacksonville!
Had an issue checking in with the electronic entrance but was impressed by the Host’s immediate response at 11:00 p.m. Each time I had a question Candace replied immediately. I could not ask for a better hostess. Photos of inside are accurate and the place is lovely, clean and comfortable. I hope to stay there again on my next trip to Jacksonville.
This place really grew on me over the course of our stay. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood at first, but it turned out to be pretty quiet and safe. The amenities were basic but just what we needed for a few days in Jacksonville. I’d recommend it if you don’t need a lot of frills, but the space is clean and the owners clearly take pride in making it cozy and welcoming.
House was clean when we arrived , area is decent, only came with one towel and washcloth so we had to buy some, no bath mat so the bathroom was constantly wet, host text back at a decent time but didn’t receive check in instructions until day of. Overall a very good stay for a short trip would book again.
Pictures are exact. Very comfortable stay. Cleanliness is rated A. Have reserved before without disappointment. Host is very responsive if you have any questions.
This apartment was nothing like what was advertised. Upon arrival, the place was dirty and had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there.
The bed linens were dirty and unusable, forcing us to go out and buy new bedding ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a rental property.
There was a total lack of proper cleaning and attention to basic hygiene. Because of the cleanliness issues and the misleading description, I do not recommend this place.

Bathroom had a lot of bugs in it, fan on ceiling didn’t work in bedroom
Very neat and adorable apartment. Gorgeous decor and very comfy bed. Could definitely benefit from another mirror. My daughter was salty over the lack of coffee creamer.
The place is tiny, but worked for what I needed. The kitchen was a little tight, and the bathroom was kind of just enough room to turn around. The bed was comfy and it was easy access for me to get to my meetings in the area.Heads up to the sensitive: this house is down the hill from the street and is damp. The owners provide a dehumidifier and two window box AC units which did a pretty good job of keeping the dampness to a bearable degree, but if you're sensitive to musty (not to say moldy) smells or constant white noise just be aware.Host was amazing! They were incredibly communicative and went out of their way to be accommodating. Will stay again.
The home was nice. Very clean and loved the setup, the decorations, especially the kitchen. Great job to the owners that maintain the home and spruced it up for guests to stay. The only negative about the place was no washer dryer setup. My recommendation for this home is to add a wooden cutting board and a blender for the cooks out there (I’m a traveling private chef).
Terrible location and neighborhood. The space was filled with bugs and ants, especially the bathroom. The space also smelled like someone had been chain smoking for years. Bed left my back hurting and sheets seemed questionable. Pictures are definitely not accurate to my experienced stay
