5 minute WALK to the ocean
5 minute drive to Atlantic Beach
10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic
20 minute drive to Saint Johns Town Center
Newly renovated & extremely clean.
48" TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, & YouTube TV (looks and feels like cable).
The house is an old Florida beach home that has been revitalized.
All travelers welcome!
The space is a cozy 1/1 with private entrance & plenty of parking.
The guests have access to everything in the house.
Parking for 2 vehicles available if needed.
I am extremely social & love meeting new people, so if you have any questions about the city or anything, I am happy to help. It is a private entrance house, so if you want privacy then it definitely has that as well.
The neighborhood is extremely laid back. In Jax Beach, bikers have the right away at all times and there are a lot of us! You will see several people riding around on bicycles, especially on the weekend.
I highly recommend riding bikes if possible, its the way to go!
Parking can be difficult at times at Jax & Atlantic Beach but it is possible. Or you can park anywhere for $5.
City Ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be considerate of nearby neighbors.
