Hi Vasilios, Thanks a lot for the great review! Glad you liked the spot and found it easy to get around. Hope to have you back next time you're in Tampa!
Beautiful interior and backyard space, layout and finishes top end. This was for a business trip and for our clients to stay. They were very empressed at the look, and every household item you need is there. For location not walking distance to any stores or entertainment. Will need a car for this location. Close to Ybor

Property Solid look but keep looking for a better option
What a nice place in a horrible area. If you are looking for a lively home in an area where you will find drug users outside, stray cats, loud street traffic, and prostitutes peeing outside your front door this is your place. Our car was broken into twice in our ten day stay bc the landlord wouldn’t let us use the garage. Again the place inside is nice, but certainly not worth the money given the location or the porous efforts of the landlord.

Hi Charles, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the house—we work hard to keep it clean, cozy, and as described. Sorry to hear the neighborhood wasn’t quite what you were expecting. Since we provide the exact location before booking, we encourage guests to check it out beforehand to ensure it meets their preferences.
Regarding the garage, just to clarify, it’s not included in the listing, so it wasn’t available during your stay. We understand how frustrating the break-ins must have been, and while we don’t typically advise guests on this, it’s always a good idea to avoid leaving valuables in a car when parked anywhere.
On the late check-out, we did our best to accommodate your request, but with our cleaning crew scheduled early, we had to stick to the original time. We appreciate your cooperation in sorting that out.
We do our best to provide a smooth and transparent experience. While it sounds like things didn’t fully meet your expectations, we hope you still found some positives during your stay. Wishing you safe travels ahead!
