Perfect little house with no suprises. Fun little insider about this place, the neighbor throws handfuls of nuts out to feed about a dozen squirrels in the morning and its fun to sip a coffee and watch if your not in a rush.

This place was the best—impeccably clean, with bright white linens and super soft, thick towels. It felt like home the second we walked in; they had everything you could want—extra hairspray, shampoo, you name it. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, so we made meals most nights and saved a bundle. Perfect for our big family, super close to trendy restaurants, grocery stores, and just two miles from the convention center—great for our volleyball tournament. Owners texted back instantly, check-in and out were effortless, and they were so accommodating. Neighborhood’s quiet, parking’s right out front—no hotel chaos. Total steal for the price. Five stars.

A great stay

We visit Tampa 3x per year for past 6 years and have stayed in a lot of houses. This was one of the best, in terms of location, cleanliness and appearance. I’ll stay there again if it’s available.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this property and will do so again when I'm back in Tampa. The house has plenty of room, is clean and nicely laid out. The neighborhood is one of the better I've stayed in, if not the nicest. If this house fits your needs, don't hesitate too book!

Liz was incredibly nice. She was a great communicator. The property was exactly what was sold to us. It's a really nice place for a family outside of downtown Tampa, but easy to get to and from all the place you'd like to go.

Golf Trip

This property was very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. While staying at the property, a very intense storm happened that knock out power in parts of the home. We reached out to the host and they walked us through getting things back running.

Home was overall cute. Bathrooms were nice. There were tiny black and all over the countertops anytime you places anything on it food or drink. There were small flying bugs in the rooms by the windows and on pillows. Home was clean but had a bit of an oder. We were gone 90% of the time so we made die. Internet was out entire weekend. Owner tried fixing it but it wasn't able to be fixed.

Great house for a reasonable price!

We stayed at this home for a wedding weekend in Tampa. It was centrally located to all our events and the house had everything we needed and more. The communication with Liz was excellent from beginning to end. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of paper products and fresh towels. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a wonderful time using the back patio too. There was a charcoal grill with everything you would need although we didn’t have time to use it. There are a couple of minor items I would mention - there were only three wine glasses. A few more wine glasses would be great. Also adding one more chair or seating option in the living room would be nice too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to this area. Luz was an excellent host and the house was perfect for our needs.
