Nestled on 10 private acres and perched above the Bee Tree Reservoir in lovely Swannanoa, Eagle View is the epitome of a modern mountain-top oasis. With a kitchen fit for a chef, plenty of cozy outdoor space (including a fenced side yard perfect for pups), and floor-to-ceiling windows to soak in the mountain views just outside, there is no better place to experience the charm, adventure, and beauty of every season in Western North Carolina!

About the Home
• Chef-inspired kitchen with Wolf 6-burner gas range, dishwasher, and standard drip-style coffee maker with coffee grinder
• Breakfast bar seating for 3 and dining table with banquette seating
• Open concept living room, overlooking impressive mountain views, with gas log fireplace and 65" Smart TV for streaming and basic cable
• Screened-in porch with outdoor dining, wood-burning fireplace, and open-air deck
• Fenced side yard, perfect for pups joining you on your mountain vacation. Note: There is no direct access from the house to the yard. Guests must go outside to enter it.
• A powder room and spacious laundry room are located on the main floor

I did see a lake off in the distance but I would not rate this cabin as a lake view. The cabin Mountain View was great!

We loved our stay at Eagle View! The house was wonderful and had an amazing view of the mountains. The location was amazing and we were able to head to Black Mountain, Asheville, and hiking trails with no problem. We loved how open and clean it was. I will say it took a night to adjust to how sound travels in the house. Because it is so open and has hardwood floors, all noise is amplified and sound travels like crazy. We got used to it, but I thought it would be helpful to mention it here. Also, we thought that the fenced in yard was connected to the house by a door so we could send our dogs out, but it is not. We still had to use the leashes to walk them around. Neither of these things were really a problem, but it might be helpful to know! When our dogs got sick on our last day (July 4th), we called to ask if we could stay an extra night. Even though it was a holiday, they were so helpful and allowed us to stay an extra night. We definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Of course that means winding your way up the mountain. AWD car recommended. Could use a large pot for pasta and a few more dishes. Otherwise very well equipped.
