*** This condo does NOT have a boat slip

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily
***The condo complex features a common area with a grill available for outdoor cooking and a pool which is available for our guests during the summer months. Please note these features are managed by the complex management company.
