Quiet lake getaway offering R&R with 2 electric bikes and optional sunset cruise

This newly constructed lake property is the perfect getaway if you are looking to enjoy a quiet/relaxing stay while being close to all things lake related, grocery stores, and restaurants.

*We limit our occupancy to 6 adults max and 2 children max. No exceptions.*

We offer a 90 minute sunset cruise, weather permitting, for all our guests (8 people max). The rate is $50/person with a cap at $250 and is paid outside of VRBO.

**The dock in the images is our neighbors. He lets our guests use it to board and return for the sunset cruise only. We do NOT have our own dock, even though the listing says we do. We are working with VRBO to get this glitch corrected on our site.**

There are 2 adult size ELECTRIC bikes for your enjoyment. You must be 18 to ride the bikes.

Please note that this house is not "childproof" or "wheelchair accessible." There are stairs to the 2nd floor with cable railing, no railing on any porches, and there are stairs at all 3 home entrances. Also, this is a smoke-free home. No smoking in the house or on the porches/lanai.

On the main floor, there are 2 guest rooms that each feature a queen bed, night stands, dresser, and ceiling fan. 1 of the guestrooms has a door directly out to the lanai.
The main bathroom is located off the hallway of the main living space between both bedrooms. It has a tub/shower with a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser and a 48" vanity. Towels, washcloths, bath mat and hand towel are supplied.
The master suite, which is on the other side of the main living space, has a lovely lake view from the king-size bed. There are 2 nightstands and a large dresser with a smart TV. The bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in tile shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser. There is a walk-in closet for your use. Towels, washcloths, bath mat are supplied.

On the main floor, with 10 foot ceilings, you will enjoy the open floor plan with a large round table that seats 6 and island seating for 3. The living room has 2 very comfortable couches and an accent chair. Soft throws are within an arms reach if wanted.
Our beverage/coffee bar has all you need for coffee in the morning and cool drinks throughout the day. An under-counter wine/beverage cooler with complimentary water bottles has been installed for your use. The Keurig is hard plumbed. No need to add water! Just drop in your pod and go. A French press and Turkish coffee pot are available, as well as a full pot coffee brewer. We have starter pods and coffee filters onsite. Wine glasses and coffee mugs are located at the coffee bar.

The kitchen is stocked for your cooking/eating needs. Just bring your ingredients, which can be purchased at the nearby Publix grocery store 2 miles down the road. The microwave is located in the pantry. Small appliances include a KitchenAid mixer, toaster and blender. In addition to the refrigerator ice maker, the pantry has an under-counter ice maker for days you might want to fill up a cooler.
A high capacity washer and dryer are available for your use. There is detergent and softener sheets available.

Upstairs, challenge your friends/family to a game of ping pong, watch a movie on the large sectional, or enjoy reading a book and gazing at the lake from the window bench seat. There is a small round game table, if that is your thing. For additional sleeping, there is also a twin day bed with a twin trundle upstairs with linens available. A half bathroom is upstairs.

If you prefer to relax outside, the lanai fireplace or outdoor fire pit is the perfect place to wind down each evening while enjoying your favorite beverage and the lovely view of the lake. Firewood is provide for your convenience. An outside TV is mounted above the mantle. There is an outdoor gas grill. Extra propane for the grill is in the storage building.

4 on-site kayaks can be launched from the water's edge on our lake access lot. Life jackets of various sizes are provided and are in the shed. There is also a kayak and paddle board rental place about 2 miles away at The Landing.

There are 3 marinas within 4 miles of our home. .

A convenient cut through driveway makes it easy to get in and out if towing a boat trailer and there is ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Beach towels are provided based on occupancy.

Please note this is a NO PET house. The owner has severe pet allergies and cannot tolerate dog or cat fur/dander. Thank you for abiding by our no pet policy.
