The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is surrounded by the San Bernardino National Forest, providing a picturesque backdrop of pine trees, mountains, and the beautiful Big Bear Lake. You might spot local wildlife, such as deer, birds, and other forest creatures. Proximity to Big Bear Lake allows for various water activities, including boating, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.



Getting Around:

Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. You will find that most amenities and attractions are within a short drive. We recommend bringing or renting a car for the greatest flexibility although other modes of transportation are also available such as Big Bear’s local bus and trolley service. Ride-sharing and taxis are available as well.

» Pets are strictly not allowed

» Parties and events are prohibited

» No smoking in or around the home

» Burning firewood outdoors is strictly prohibited

» Please clean and cover the BBQ grill after each use

» There are 2 cameras on the property for your safety

» No street parking allowed ($1000 city fine)

» Please note that 4X4 chains are REQUIRED in winter
