The house looked just like the pictures, was clean, and very comfortable. We did have some maintenance issues during our stay, including a refrigerator that didn’t work and an ant issue, but management worked with us to resolve everything in the end.

The best house by far in big bear we stayed at

This house had it all privacy had a nice Jacuzzi swim spa TV activities for the kids. It was an amazing stay

Great house and location

We had 14 in our party, ranging in age from 4 weeks old to celebrating our patriarch's 70th birthday. The house was large enough to accommodate us all easily, with room for the little ones to roam. It is located minutes away from the village center. We enjoyed a summer outdoor concert, walks along the boardwalk, the sky lift to the top of Snow Summit and a short walk around the top of the mountain. There was a bounce house there for the kiddos too. One day we went to the zoo. Another day to the beach at the lake. A great mini vacation.

Overall a really nice spot

Overall, a great property. Some things we noticed: The arcade game machine is misleading, it doesnt work and it says " for decor only" which was kind of a bummer since the photo shows it on and working. The fans did not work in multiple communal spaces. There is no counter cleaning spray as well so bring your own. It could use some more towels too if you have a large group. On the positive side, beautiful property, lots of space, very clean. Would definitely recommend for a large group!
