A quaint little cottage by the river. We really enjoyed the space and location of this property. Access to a walking path that follows the Deschutes River and only a short walk to the Downtown area for shopping and dining. The room itself was pretty standard, and clean overall. The bathroom and kitchen area were clean, we had crisp linens. My only complaint is that the floors were filthy - like no one had mopped. I like to barefoot indoors, and couldn’t because of how dirty the floor was.

Great location with walking path on Deschutes river just outside, making it easy to walk along river and to town. Quiet location except the soothing sound of the river. Nice size room, and like kitchenette.

We will start with the positives! Communication with the host went really well. There was a girl working in the office that managed the property that the room was on.. We got to check in about an hour early and she was very receptive to any questions or issues we had.Now the negatives…. There were no clear instructions to get to the actual property you had to stop and ask for help. The sink was not cleaned out nor was the shower which still had other people’s pubic hair in it!!! The room basically looks like it did online and it had a nice view and some chairs sitting in the back, but you had to walk around the end of the complex which wasn’t far, but there was no way to get to the little patio. For the money it was not really worth it to be honest, I could’ve paid the same amount and got a really nice hotel room really close to the Hayden home amphitheater. The walk was 35 to 40 minutes most of which was dark just FYI if you’re planning a trip to the amphitheater. Not trying to be super negative just things I wish I would’ve known before picking this place.
