Walk into an open floor plan w/ large living area that leads to a private fenced back yard. From the lvrm look up to see stunning light fixtures that draw you to the 18 ft ceilings! 2nd floor boasts lrg bdrm, full bath & custom glass wall along with office space. 3rd flr has master bedroom w/ 5 piece bath!
Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest quality for all of our guests:
-No smoking or use of drugs allowed
-No parties or events allowed (must be pre-cleared with Host/Property Owner, insurance deposit required)
-Check-in time 4pm onwards
-No extra/Overnight guests ( Have more guests than listed in reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel reservation)
-No mail delivered here ( unless personally arranged head of time)
-No moving/rearranging furnitures
-No unplugging all the electronics like TVs, lamps, etc.
-No Disrespecting/disturbing the neighbors
-No loud music after 10pm
-11am is check out time
