Featuring original woodwork, plaster crown moldings, marble fireplaces, reclaimed wood floors, arched pocket doors, and Venetian plaster walls. A cook's kitchen, perfect for family dinners, a deck, and views of a beautifully landscaped garden await. A playful wet room bath and a spectacular terrazzo spa bath are highlights. Skylights galore and a quiet dressing room perched on the top floor offer repose from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The base rate is for 4-person occupancy. Additional guests will be charged $100 per person per night. The fourth bedroom is the dressing room with a pitched ceiling. If this room is needed please let us know during the booking process so an airbed will be set up for you in this room.

It is a very central and architecturally stunning neighborhood central to the best Brooklyn's culture, dining, parks, and other activities. The express train is a five-minute walk from the house and will get you into Manhattan in less than 20 minutes.

What makes this property unique

The home was exquisitely renovated and has a wonderful vibe. Gorgeous mantels, crown moldings, reclaimed pine floors. soaring ceilings, five skylights, and spectacular light throughout. There are two stunning spa baths and the kitchen in perfect for entertaining.
