What an amazing property! One of the most beautiful views I’ve seen in a long time. The best part was how isolated the rooms where from the main area. Being a party of 9, there were two toddlers in the group and I wanted to make sure none of the individuals in the rooms could hear them. This property had just about everything one could want. The pool was small and worked for the toddlers. The pump for the pool broke mid stay due to a power outage and the owner came the next day to fix it. Thankfully this property has a fantastic generator because it powered on two separate days for several hours. I highly recommend this property for both fun and relaxation. We kayaked and used the paddle boards available. The owner of the house was very kind and compassionate. I am looking fwd to staying here again.

I enjoy arranging day trips, sharing tips about events and activities, and helping guests past difficult decisions on what to do while in Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Why they chose this property

Our location was chosen for its direct access to the tropical Caribbean waters. We are in the sweet spot between world class surfing and calm seas. From our location you can see dolphins, sea turtles, and humpback whales in their natural habitat. Our location is one of the most relaxing, picturesque, and safest location in Rincon, Puerto Rico. It is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the plaza, local vendors, food shopping, and numerous food choices.

What makes this property unique

Our waterfront property is in a quiet neighborhood where you can relax and enjoy the most spectacular sunsets in Puerto Rico. Our Spanish courtyard boasts 2 large palm trees in the center of the house. The unique design allows nature to sustain the palms with elegant woodwork and classic Spanish accents throughout the house.
