Come to Destin, Florida and enjoy the sugar-white beaches and emerald-green waters!

We have a 2-story condo that is fully furnished with all the necessary kitchen appliances, towels, linens & blankets. You have a reserved parking spot within steps from your front door and one additional parking, on first-come-first serve.

Our condo is located on the beach side of Highway 98 on a beautiful five-acre freshwater lake of where you can fish right off your deck or gazebo located on the lake. It’s just a five-minute stroll through Southbay's tropical paradise to the sugar-white private beach. We even provide beach toys and a wagon to make things easier to carry. Once at the beach you will be provided with 2 beach chairs and umbrella (March-October). There are two adult and two kiddie pools (one heated...February to Mid-April) within walking distance. You never have to cross a street to get to the beach or pools! Shareable BBQ grills are located on the common grounds for your use. There lighted tennis and pickleball courts, which includes shuffleboard as well. (Shuffleboard equipment is located at the main office).


Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first level that were fully renovated (2022). Each bedroom is furnished with a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom includes its own deck with a covered ceiling that overlooks the five-acre freshwater lake with a spectacular view!

The second level has a spacious living room and complete dining area which was renovated in 2021. Enjoy watching a movie on the 65” Smart TV with free cable. Walkout onto the upper deck and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, sitting and sipping at an Adirondack table that seats 6. Grab your fishing pole and try to catch a bass or maybe a snapping turtle that are waiting for you in the lake! The fully equipped kitchen has ceramic floors and granite counter tops. It includes an updated half bath that was fully renovated in 2023 and not to forget...a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We have several floating devices, boogie boards and plenty of sand toys. For your convenience, there is an air-hose to blow up rafts, tubes, and beach balls (located behind the tennis and pickleball courts on the south side of the lake).

Southbay by the Gulf is located in the heart of Destin right off Highway 98 and for the most part is within 5 miles of tons of fun for everyone.

There is Harbor Walk Village for shopping, dining, activities, deep sea fishing, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, pontoon rentals, dolphin cruises and much more.

If you love to shop, there is a huge outlet mall located about ten minutes away. If you are a golfer, there are several great courses nearby. Super Walmart is less than 2 miles away, Publix is caddy-corner across the street from our condo and an Aldi will be coming soon and located directly across the street from our condo as well. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, is a historic marine park and aquarium. It offers dolphin and sea lion shows, as well as several marine life exhibits and interactive animal encounters.

The Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is less than a mile away that offers 40 rides and attractions.

The Track Family Fun Park has go-kart rides, kid rides, bumper rides, miniature golf, arcade and thrill rides.

Some of our favorite restaurants are: The Back Porch, AJ.'s Seafood & Oyster Bar, Tailfin's Ale House, Dewey Destin’s Seafood Restaurant on the Bay (a much see at sunset), Fudpucker’s Beachside Bar & Grill that have live "gators" and shows for the kids.

Fun places to walk to on the beach (beach access only) for lunch or a drink:

---The Sand Flea Beach Bar, located at Sandpiper Cove, which is west of our gazebo at the beach.

---Pelican Tiki Bar, located at Pelican Beach Resort, which is east of our gazebo at the beach.

Another fun recommendation is to take “Destin Water Taxi” for a boat ride to The Harbor Village for dining, shopping, or dancing with the vicinity of the harbor. Look on their website for details.
