Welcome to the Oak Tree Cottage, a beautifully restored home in the heart of Mid-town Galveston. The 1939 raised cottage was completely redesigned with guests in mind and rebuilt with attention to detail. Everything is new. the home features an efficient layout, tasteful décor, quality furnishings, and is fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The large bedroom and private ensuite bathroom are perfect for a single person or couple. There is a second full bathroom, and when the fold-out sofa sleeper is used, the home will comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, Roku televisions in both the bedroom and living room, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full-size appliances and a dining table. Note that the washer and dryer are not typically available for short-term stays, but may be available for extended stays.

This property was perfect for our group, we really liked how modern the inside was and the property was spotless when we arrived the cleaning crew did amazing. Another plus is the parking available in the back in the ally . We would come back again for sure

This 1939 raised cottage was taken down to the studs and completely restored over the past 2 years. Everything in the house is new - plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc. The layout is great for a vacation rental and guests really appreciate the two full bathrooms.
