We had a wonderful stay at Gregory's property. The home was perfect. Thank you so much, we would certainty stay again the next time we are in the area!
I spent 6 weeks at Gregory’s house during the holiday’s. It’s close to everything! Wonderful neighbors, in a great neighborhood and super comfortable!! I highly recommend it.
We really enjoyed this house and neighborhood, it was a great stay! The back yard is beautiful, the home was comfy. The only thing missing was toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels, we had to go buy some, but other than that, it was very enjoyable!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. But if you had a problem locating extra toilet paper or paper towels you should have contacted me. We keep the extra paper towels on the top shelf above the coffee maker and the extra toilet paper under the sink in the master bedroom. there was plenty, about 6 extra rolls of each.
The house is amazing comfortable, super clean, nice neighborhood. Markets, pharmacies , restaurants etc less than 4 miles, nice walking trails! And the host super nice and always ready to help ! We will come beck to his house again without any hesitation! Thank you Joel and Josefina.
Stay was great. Kitchen needs a cheese greater and USB charging on both sides of king bed. Other than that it was an awesome place to hang in that area. Nice close run for those that enjoy running or hiking.
Coming in from out of state, my son was playing CLU which was only blocks away so i couldn't have gotten a better location. The home was perfect for our stay and i really like it's at the end of a cul-de-sac so there's no traffic going by. Plenty of space for the three of us. Would recommend!

Location was good for us. A bit noise from the traffic on Lynn Rd. House is a bit old and needs a little TLC. Screens were sun rotted. Unable to open windows.

The house is actually very quiet. Allot of guests have even referred to that. Built in 1978 which most people don't consider old per se, but if you want something built in the last 10 years then this is not good fit. Not sure which window they could not open, I think the latches in the dining room window might be a little tight and a little finger strength is required if you really want them open.
The house is exactly as pictured and has all the basic amenities to feel like home. The beds were pleasantly comfortable. None of us had any trouble sleeping. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and is conveniently located to just about anything you need (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Walmart, Target, etc.). It's also an easy drive to Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. Our older daughter attended a music camp at California Lutheran University (just a 5 minute drive away) so this location was perfect for us. The backyard is private and well-manicured. We really enjoyed watching a playful squirrel and a lizard that live in the backyard. Communication with the owner was good. We recommend this property and would come back.
Nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood. All essentials were at the house for all our needs. Everything was very clean. A small community park right around the corner and a huge county park (Wildwood) at the end of the main street. The location was great for exploring the area. Greg was very nice to work with. Would stay again without hesitation.
