Sea Turtle-Private bed and bath separated suite

New construction with elegant taste. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Studio apartment located a few minutes from the beach. Luxurious decor with an Italian marble shower to make you feel like you’re on a cloud after a day of sun and sand. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to restaurants and shopping! We are 9 minutes from Indian Rocks beach. The floor plan is completely open and is an efficiency or studio apartment.

Perfect place to escape the winter and work from home. Tiny and efficient this studio is just enough space with a working area and kitchenette. The prices are also reasonable enough to be able to stay for longer periods and still stay within your budget.

This is a studio apt attached to another rental. You will have your own small patio and private entrance but will not have access to the main house outdoor amenities. Both units can be rented at the same time. There is only one parking space provided on the left side of the left driveway.

We are available to assist you during your stay

Quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of the Pinellas county trail which is great for walking and biking.

There is another unit on the property and they can be rented together. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Send us a message to receive a link to rent them both.

Everything was really clean and well maintained. The only downside was the lack of hot water in the shower. That really negatively affected the stay.

Robert I’m glad you enjoyed the stay. I wish you would have reached out to us. It’s a new eco shower design so the hot is first and then you gradually add cold to get to your preferred temperature. If you turned it all the way on first you were just getting the cold water. Always reach out to us if there are any issues. You could have enjoyed the hot water the for your whole stay.

Short Over Night

This was a very good place for a stay over night. It was clean and the communication was great. I would like to suggest that the tiles need grouting in the bathroom. One popped up while my husband was walking on them. Upgrading the bedding would allow for a higher overnight price plus amenities like soaps, shampoos, and conditioner. Was close to Largo restaurants and such. At least 20 minutes to the beach.

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed the place! Yes the bathroom is all new and we chose the color grout to match but it didn’t hold very well. We just had them come back out and redo with a more flexible grout and it looks great! We needed a day where it wasn’t rented to allow for drying time:) The sea turtle was booked solid every day and we could not schedule the work! So happy that it is doing well and so many guests have liked it just like you! Hope you will be back!! Take care!
