Pease Bay House is a unique property featuring a large infinity pool and a private tennis/pickleball court. When walking through the front entrance, guests are greeted by the villa's glorious ocean views of the Caribbean Sea, a truly unforgettable first impression. Architectural finishes throughout the villa include travertine marble floors, mahogany columns and walls, plantation shutters, and privacy blinds in each bedroom.

A large, thatched beach cabana with a hammock will beckon those in need of relaxation or an afternoon nap. Children can comb the shoreline in each direction looking for shells, treasures, and sea-glass. It would be rare to see a soul on the beach with the exception of your immediate neighbor to the west.

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday for an effortless escape. Should any of these housekeeping days fall on a holiday, please contact the local manager to schedule for another day. A private chef may be engaged in advance for meal service except for winter holiday stays at additional cost to elevate your stay.

Bedroom #4: upper level, 2 twin beds, garden views, ensuite with dual vanity and shower; twin beds can be fitted into a king upon request.

Bedroom #5: lower level, king bed, ocean views, walkout access to the pool deck, ensuite with shower.

Additional sleeping: a sleeper sofa in the lower level media den suitable for 2 children 12 or younger only; includes an ensuite with shower.
