One Bedroom On The Beach With An Awesome Ocean View

This apartment features one bedroom, one NEWLY RENOVATED bathroom, kitchen, dining area, new living room furniture with electric recliner and new floors throughout the apartment.

The large bedroom contains two queen size beds.
The living room area contains a Queen Size sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops contains a full size refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, glassware, plates, and silverware are supplied.

Balcony with table and chairs overlooking a beautiful direct view of the ocean. The enclosed balcony has glass panel windows that open, like sliding patio doors, to provide an open balcony experience.

There is 65" flat screen smart TV in the living Room and a 50" smart tv in the bedroom with cable service for each.

All linens and towels are supplied

Iron and ironing board is supplied.

Laundry facilities are located in the resort basement .

Valet parking is available to our guests at $18/day.

Complimentary high-speed Internet wireless is available in the apartment and lobby.

The condo was exactly as described, very clean, was upgraded. Great location, Owner answered all questions very quickly, Elizabeth was our contact person in Florida , she was excellent Responded quickly to our questions, she contacted us before our departure and gave us all the info we needed, even told us about the circuit transportation which we used many times.. Tiki bar restaurant was very good.

The unit is a nice location in the building, on the 10th floor, with an ocean/pool view. The host was nice with good communication. We were able to check in early and check out late, due to our flights. The hotel is old and the lobby has a terribly pungent odor. The Italian restaurant is good. The tiki bar is good and handy to the beach. The waitresses were friendly, we had the best one! Things are expensive, two chairs and an umbrella each day was 45. The unit provided what we needed and was comfortable. It was not clean however. The bathroom sink handles were not clean, soap and prints in them. The kitchen appliances were disgusting, like they haven’t been wiped down, ever. I would stay at the property again but try a different unit. Location decent but would have preferred a rental car. Valet only and is 18 a day.

Exactly what we wanted

Super clean, direct oceanfront, everything you need for a stay, full kitchen, friendly owner, nice pool, great beach, Wi-Fi even on the beach! And the tiki bar is gold serving breakfast lunch and dinner right on the beach

Newly remodeled, very clean condo to celebrate my 50th birthday. Elizabeth, the property manager, was there for anything we needed & very helpful. Tiki bar is always a plus for us as well! Enjoyed my week there!

The apartment has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The VIEW is the BEST!! Beach, Tiki Hut & pool all right there. Check in & out was super easy. Elizabeth the property manager was friendly & made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend!!

Perfect long weekend

We had a wonderful stay over the long weekend! Elizabeth was great with communication and information on the area. Easy check in and out. We arrived late and didn’t have time to head to store… no worries the condo had everything needed to start us off. Having the beach, pool and view from your own balcony were all priceless. The Bamboo Tiki bar was also a lot of fun! We were down here to watch our daughter play volleyball but had so much fun in between!

Amazing!

We stayed for a long 3 day weekend when Ohio got crushed with snow and ice. We got to enjoy beautiful weather, with a SERIOUSLY unforgettable view! I could have sat and drank my coffee on that balcony for hours. Having the tiki bar was the icing on the cake. We explored the area, ate way too much awesome food, and all around had such a wonderful time and the property owner and property manager were so easy to work with. We really appreciate your beautiful place! Thank you for everything ❤️

Will book again!

I booked this property as a little birthday staycation. I’m a miami local with a young child so I already knew I wanted to stay away from the craziness of the South Beach area. I decided for us to stay in Ft. Lauderdale beach. I found this listing and I’m so happy I did! The property is just like in the pictures. Very clean and spacious for our party of four. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The atmosphere was great. Family friendly. Elizabeth was great! Always available to answer questions. I will definitely book my next staycation at this property.
