About this property
4BR, 3.5 BA House, great sunset view, close to town.
Your retreat begins by heading West on the picturesque State Road 46 about 5 miles out of Nashville. You have a private ridgetop with long views to the green valleys below.
From the front east porch, you may enjoy spectacular sunrises in a variety of hues and colors, and sunsets provide beautiful shadows over the trees and valley below as the stars emerge. Be sure to bring your binoculars as there is much to see on land and in the sky from your ridgetop perch.
On the main level is a deck with rocking chairs, a charcoal grill, patio table & chairs. Inside is a fully equipped cook’s kitchen with an oven, ample prep and storage space, and a long harvest table. The living area has comfortable seating and a 55" Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. Master bedroom with a queen log bed has a full bathroom with shower only and a 42" smart TV. You will find 2 more log bedrooms on this level with queen size beds and both with 32" smart TVs. There is a hallway bath with tub/shower combo.
Downstairs is a game room with Pool table, dartboard, wet bar, weight bench, dumb bells and 50" smart TV. There is also a king bed plus 1.5 baths on this lower level.
New hot tub there for your evening relaxation.
In addition to all the many features to explore in the village of Nashville, to the East of your cabin are 15 thousand acres of Brown County State Park with its’ lodge, horse trails, walking trails, and nationally acclaimed mountain biking trails. You may picnic, rent a rowboat, go fishing or launch your own boat. You can even go panning for gold!
Guests enjoy their stay at Big Chill because there is so much to do and yet one of the most popular activities here is resting and relaxing and just thinking about all the things you could do – if you wanted to. No pressure, that’s prestige!
Caution: you must be able to maneuver stairs as this house is on a walk out basement and main living area/bedrooms is upstairs!
