This new modern home in Sandy is close to local restaurants and Mt. Hood, making it an ideal base for your adventure. Enjoy a chef’s kitchen with a Vitamix, espresso machine, and all essentials. Relax in the high-jets hot tub after a hike or day on the slopes. Choose from plush to firm mattress options. Plus, a universal EV charger adds convenience. This isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s a space to create lasting memories, perfect for exploring the outdoors or unwinding.













Please Note:

1. No parties, loud events, or hot tub use between 10 PM and 7 AM: Our neighborhood is very quiet, and we take noise complaints seriously. Noise violations will result in a $500 fine and immediate departure. Sorry we have to enforce this, but we’ve had some really bad experiences with drunk guests and law enforcement was involved.



2. No pets allowed: Due to severe allergies among family members, we are unable to accommodate pets in our home. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.



3. Respect our home: We’ve put a lot of love into creating a clean, comfortable space. Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own.



4. Please remove your shoes indoors: Our real wood floors scratch easily and the carpet stains quickly. Help us keep things nice by taking your shoes off inside.



5. Parking limit – 4 vehicles max: We allow 1 car in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and 1 on the street. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways. Thanks for helping us be good neighbors!

Spotlessly clean Stefenee Lodge worked well for my group of 5 adults visiting the Columbia Gorge area. The complete remodel is tastefully decorated with high end comfort in mind. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Even though it's located in a suburban, residential neighborhood, it feels very private. I'd happily stay again!

Wonderful home! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and so many coffee maker options which we loved. We also took advantage of the hot tub and the abundant board game selection. We will absolutely be back!

First off, the house is beautiful, huge, and immaculately clean and well maintained. Cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. However, it is also a conspicuously large, nice house in a rather old, working-class neighborhood. The house towers over its neighbors and sticks out like a sore thumb. It feels a bit uncomfortable. Zillow pins it at about 2,600 sqft, or right at double the size of every single house in the neighborhood. Which explains the main complaint I have. The host did not disclose until a couple days before checkin that there are severe restrictions on all outdoor use of the property. There is none between 10pm and 7am. Not the hot tub. Not the deck. Not the grill. There is a 500 fine for doing so. This put a huge hamper on our trip as we like to relax outside, particularly after the children have gone to bed. But with this house having been shoehorned into a neighborhood that really shouldn't support a short-term rental, I do understand the neighbors' frustrations with it. Regardless, this should be mentioned in the listing.

Thank you for staying with us, and for the kind words about the house. We’re glad the cleanliness and condition stood out. We’re sorry the outdoor quiet hours got in the way of your evenings. No hot tub, deck, or grill use between 10pm and 7am is listed under Additional Rules in the House Rules section, which does have to be expanded to see. Those hours follow the city’s quiet-hour rules, and we added a clear house rule after a few stays where late-night noise (shouting on the deck) created real problems with neighbors. If you had messaged us before or during the stay, we would have walked you through using the amenities quietly outside those hours, as long as noise stayed low. We know that is easy to miss if the additional rules are not opened, so we will make the outdoor restriction more visible in the listing. Thank you again for the feedback, and safe travels.

Beautiful, well appointed home was perfect for our family of 7. It is conveniently located near the main part of Sandy in a quiet neighborhood. The house has everything needed for a relaxing and very comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful decorated and highly equipped home. With our party of eight (four adults, four teenagers) we enjoyed the 3 nights since the house is well thought out and absolutely nothing was missing (moscito nets in front of every window, coffee as well as tea lovers will find everything they need and the hot tub of course). Thank you for these great three days in Sandy!
