Seabattical is tucked in a quiet established neighborhood on the gulf side of the North Cape; less than a minute walk to the beach. Oversized parking to accommodate a boat with fresh water hose bibs for rinsing. This is a unique two bedroom, three bath home with a wrap around deck, private inground pool surrounded by a lush landscape and fenced yard. Covered area with seating and grill area just off of the pool deck with full bathroom for added convenience.

Open and airy are the best words to describe this cozy home. High end appliances and gold hardware accent the beautiful finishes. It’s small, but classy and luxurious. Complete renovation in 2024!

Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The TH Stone Memorial State Park and all its untouched tropical nature is just three short miles north (a short bike ride or walk). The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a full-service marina.

Pets are considered prior to booking. Nightly pool heat is available for $50/night. This home comes with a $250 beach gear credit and pool heat is available for an additional fee. No events over the occupancy of the house are allowed.

It was perfect for us, all on one level, only 2 bedrooms but open concept so seems more spacious. Well stocked kitchen with sharp knives and upgraded appliances. Loved the reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Beautiful quartz island big enough for prep and dining. The wrap around deck was great. I could always find a spot to sit and read out of the wind. Wonderful yard space with fenced in grassy area for the dogs. We didn’t use the pool except for the week our granddaughter visited but she enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower great. The cordless vacuum was great for daily use. If I would change anything, I would prefer ceiling fans in bedrooms instead of the beautiful chandeliers. One more couch or easy chair in the living room would be nice for the few times we have guests. The access to the beach is close and easy. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet plus only a 2 minute walk to the ice cream truck or the Shrimp Shop and Tradin Post. Owner/manager, Donna was amazing to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Also supplied with enough laundry soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo and garbage bags for entire stay. We look forward to coming back next winter, God willing.

Outstanding property!!! House was just as described. Perfect for our family of four. Clean, updated, and well appointed. Staff was very attentive as well, answering questions and even delivering an iron on short notice when we realized it was missing. Super short walk to the beach and close to trading post and delicious food. Loved the location. We’ll be back!

Very clean, great location (quick and easy walk to the beach), comfortable beds, and the fenced yard was a bonus for our dog. We also loved being able to walk to get donuts, ice cream, and necessities from the general store. The only thing I’d add would be extra plates and bowls in the kitchen. Management was very responsive when we had questions!

Very clean; kudos to the management company, and to Donna for being so responsive to any questions we had. We were thankful to have the pool as there were many days that were under red flag/riptide. This is a rare find on the Cape being that it is only a two bedroom home, yet perfect for my family of four. We also liked the full bottle toiletries & foam soaps at all sinks. The only suggestions I have are for a blanket on each couch, and some plastic/casual plates and bowls for light meals or snacks. Thank you to the owners for letting us enjoy this gorgeous home.

We were extremely excited to have a fenced in yard since we take our dog with us everywhere. The private pool was wonderful and clean, a rare find with a smaller rental! Everything in the house was very clean and comfortable. We had all the toiletries/paper products/kitchen supplies that we needed for the week. We took our own beach chairs/supplies, but the house did come stocked with everything you would need for the beach and pool. Donna with Be Our Guest Rentals was easy to work with all the way from booking to check-in/check-out procedures! We didn't have any problems, just a few questions that she was very quick to answer for us. We 100% would stay here again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cape San Blas was a great place to vacation. We loved every day on the beaches. We picked this home because of the pet friendly fenced in yard. We wouldn’t have chosen the home for any other reason. Although it was very clean and renovated with extremely high end products, it looked like a boujee Beverly Hills model show home. It just didn’t feel like a beach home at all. The home was equipped with very minor basic equipment. Missing grill tools (that were brought 2 days later after multiple follow up emails). Bathrooms had NO towel hooks or racks. We had towels hanging all over the house. Management issues: the communication from Be Our Guest was all over the place. I received some info by email, other info by text and then was instructed to download an app that was basically useless. It never had the access door code and had conflicting house info from the emails. I was never sure where to find good info. Maybe pick one method of communication and stick with it. Also, we were called on the last day of vacation “telling” us that a starlink installer was going to be at our house “shortly” and that Donna contacted us the day prior. She did not. We denied entry for the installer as we have two very anxious dogs in the home. Thankfully Brian reached us before the guy showed up. Not a great experience with Be Our Guest. My own fault for renting a house just for a fence.
