Please take all bathroom trash and kitchen trash out to the trash bin on the side of the house near the deck.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not drive or park on the grass. The HOA will fine us.
No shoes or food upstairs. Please only eat in the kitchen or dining areas

Overall, the host (Grace) was very responsive and easy and great to work with. The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable. It's also perfectly located. My only bit of feedback (or really to be aware of) is that it can be a shared space. We were not aware that the basement was being rented out at the same time. Going forward, if interested in this house and are not expecting or wanting shared space, it's best to ask that directly, as the posting wasn't clear on that. But again, Grace was extremely gracious and the house is gorgeous. I would certainly recommend this house for those looking for a great place to stay and don't mind a shared space.Jim & Kary

Our home is located in The Grange, a newly developed neighborhood in Central, South Carolina. Nestled on one of the estate lots at the top of the hill, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding tree line and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets.

The area is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with a welcoming community feel and plenty of space to relax. It’s the perfect blend of quiet countryside charm and convenient access to Clemson — just a few minutes away.

What we love most is waking up to the soft morning light over the trees and ending the day watching the sky glow with color. It’s a truly special spot that captures the best of Upstate South Carolina living. 🌅
