Home is approximately 1.7 miles from Okemo Resort , 20 minutes to Killington and 45 minutes to Stratton, Magic Mountain and Bromley. Okemo is the Northeast's premier family mountain resort which features 121 trails, 6 terrain parks, covered ice skating rink, snow tubing, indoor pool, hot tub, and gym available at the Spring House located at the Jackson Gore Base Lodge. In the summer and fall is the near by Adventure Zone and Okemo/Fox Run Golf Course, ranked best public golf course in VT! Lakefront home with swimming, fishing and boating. House includes dock, aluminum row boat, raft to swim out to and 4 kayaks. The waterfront has a sandy beach and grassy area with badminton court. There is a large slate patio overlooking the lake with tables, chairs and gas BBQ grill. The house has 4 bedrooms and an office, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer on the main floor. Downstairs there is a family room (includes 2 new couches one with a double sofa bed) with a wood burning fireplace, 1/2 bath and one bedroom/office. The 2nd floor has an open concept kitchen w/ large island and large dining room table and one bedroom with a queen bed as well as full bathroom. The top floor includes 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed in each bedroom and 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and 2 twin beds as well as a children’s nook. There is also a full bathroom on the 3rd floor. Outside fire pit. Firewood included. Kitchen has new oven, coffee pot, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Plenty of room for your family. Sheets, towels and blow dryers are provided. Local Attractions include Red Bridge Dam, Green Mt. Sugar house a boat ride away or walk for their delicious and famous maple creemees, Fox Run 18 hole golf course, charming Ludlow Village, Buttermilk Falls, the Appalachian Trail, Long Trail Brewery and historic Camp Plymouth State Park the home of President Calvin Coolige.
