Located directly on the water in Falmouth, this delightful cottage offers some of the prettiest views on Cape Cod, overlooking the unspoiled beaches of Washburn Island and Vineyard Sound beyond. Bring your paddleboards and kayaks (or you can rent them nearby). You can swim right off the front of the property, or paddle 100 yards across to the island, or you can walk to one of several nearby beaches. The house is part of the Old Menauhant community, which allows access (for a fee, collected by the club) to the nearby yacht club beaches, tennis courts, ping pong, youth sailing lessons, and other activities.

Enjoy the charm of old Cape Cod, with the convenience of amenities like 6 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, WiFi, heating, and AC. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a home base for adventures, this enchanting property has everything you need for a memorable stay.
