The open-concept living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen are filled with natural light and fresh, salty air. The chef’s kitchen is a standout, boasting a grand center island with dual dishwashers and ample counter space ideal for cooking and gathering.

Home Details:
Upstairs, a second living room features a beautiful gas fireplace, multiple seating areas, and floor-to-ceiling windows, along with a Juliet balcony overlooking the backyard and water. The primary suite includes a breathtaking window wall and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a standalone tub and glass-walled shower, creating the perfect haven after a day exploring Cape Cod by boat.
The opposite side of the second floor houses a cocktail station for mixing drinks to enjoy on the front deck. The second bedroom features charming jade green walls, a queen bed, and an en suite bathroom with a floating vanity and spacious glass shower.
On the third floor, two additional bedrooms await. One offers a queen bed, twin bed with a trundle, and water views of the dock below, while the final bedroom features a queen bed, deep blue walls, and a writing desk. A spacious third-floor bathroom with a standalone tub, floating vanity, large skylight, and ample shower completes the space.
Outdoor Living:
The experience continues on the partially covered back patio, equipped with Adirondack chairs, an outdoor sofa, and alfresco dining space, all overlooking the water. Follow the path to the Solo Stove fire pit or step through the gate to reach the private dock.

Parking available for up to 5 cars: 4 in the driveway and 1 in front of the garden.

Please be thoughtful of your safety when traveling! As you would with any major city, don't forget to take any valuables out of your car and keep your home locked.
Please note that our properties are privately owned homes, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable. Thank you for understanding!
We live in residential neighborhoods, and it's SUPER important to us that you're respectful of our neighbors. Therefore, we ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
For those unfamiliar with booking, please note our process of serving our guests:
-You book instantly or request to stay, and we say YES!!! :)
-We'll immediately send you some basic information, as well as a rental agreement we require each guest to sign. You do NOT need to include payment info for a security deposit, but you do need to sign in agreement to the terms.
-1 hour prior to your arrival, you'll be texted and emailed directly or through your booking platform (hey, we wanted to be thorough!) with a code to access your rental unit.
-You arrive and love everything!
-You enjoy your vacation, reference your virtual guest book for checkout instructions (don't worry-- we'll send them to you, too!) and leave the house as close to how you found it as possible (please let us know of any issues, damage, etc-- we'll see it anyway, and it makes our lives easier to know ahead of time!).
Interaction with Guests:
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to arranging for onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
