Great property. Obviously it was newly updated, everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and we felt comfortable and at home. When we go back we'll be staying here again.

Relaxing Haven

One of the best places we have stayed in. Cozy, spacious with excellent amenities. The hot tub was awesome and everything was well maintained. Would definitely recommend if the location works for you.

We had a really nice stay at the house! It’s clean and very well maintained. 5 min drive to New Paltz and less than half hour drive to Mohonk or Minnewaska state parks. Fenced-in backyard is such a huge plus if you bring your dog (we had to leave ours behind unfortunately) - not manly properties offers this feature!

A Merry Christmas in New Paltz

Macree's house was the perfect place for extra family members to stay during our Christmas in New Paltz. The interior and exterior were new, modern and the place was well equipped in all regards. The fenced-in yard was very convenient for our dog and the short walk to the rail trail connected us to the town.The working hot tube was another plus.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The house was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. 2 king beds is such a home run and loved the backyard for outdoor dining!The location was one of the biggest highlights. It was just minutes from downtown New Paltz, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and coffee spots without spending much time in the car. For cyclists, it’s an ideal home base. We were able to hop right onto the Empire State Trail for an easy, scenic 20-mile out-and-back ride that crosses the iconic Walkway Over the Hudson. It was also a quick drive to Minnewaska State Park Preserve for beautiful hiking and additional cycling routes. We finished our stay off cycling on the carriage trails of Mohonk Mountain. The host was responsive, communication was excellent, and check-in was seamless. Overall, this was the perfect home base for exploring everything the area has to offer. Whether you’re visiting for great food, outdoor adventures, or a relaxing getaway, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

The "Zen Cabin" is a lovely, well thought out spacious house! It has a huge kitchen, and lovely area to dine, inside and outside. It was missing some cooking supplies which we easily bought at the local grocery and left for others to use. We were pleased to find a a great blender there, which was very useful to us. The appliances were all very new and easy to use. The house is very comfortable, and in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The owners were very kind and answered our questions.
