The home includes a washer and dryer, WiFi, garage and driveway parking for 3 vehicles total, and welcomes up to 2 pets with advance notice. A Ring camera is located at the front door for security.

Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. Park in the garage (1 car) and driveway (2 cars) for a total of 3 vehicles. A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance and records video when motion is detected.

You're a 6-minute drive from downtown Palm Springs, where you can explore vintage boutiques, interior design shops, restaurants, and art galleries along the central shopping district. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 15 minutes away and offers a scenic ride up Chino Canyon to Mt. San Jacinto State Park, home to over 50 miles of hiking trails, a museum, and theaters. The area is known for its hot springs, golf courses, and spas. Joshua Tree National Park is about an hour east for a stellar day trip, and Coachella is also within range for festival season.



Getting Around:

Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 10 minutes away. Downtown Palm Springs is a 6-minute drive. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 15 minutes by car. Joshua Tree National Park is roughly an hour drive east on CA-62. Los Angeles is about a 2-hour drive west via I-10.

• Pool and spa heating: $75 per day for both pool and spa (October through May), $35 per day for spa only. Requires 48-hour advance notice and payment before check-in. Not included in booking total.

• Quiet hours: 10pm to 10am per Palm Springs city ordinance. No noise audible past property line. Violations may result in citation and eviction.

• No parties allowed

• Starter set of consumables provided (soaps, paper products). Guests should bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
