Comfortable, Private and Quiet

A very nice and quiet location. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed and either it’s own bathroom or direct access to a bathroom. Kitchen, living room and yard facilities helped make for an enjoyable stay, as well. Will definitely consider staying there again if in the area in the future.

Boca Raton house

Stayed a week with family of four. House is well situated close to beach and Delray, Deerfield, and Boca beaches and restaurants. Spacious house with private backyard. Pictures represent the property well. The owner is a great communicator.

We stayed here for the whole month of February and really enjoyed it! Despite the weather not always being what we had hoped, the house was even better than we had planned. From the very beginning, the host was extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions. The location is just perfect, literally in the middle of everything you’d ever want, plus very lovely and safe. The home itself was very spacious, well-maintained, and fully stocked. There really wasn’t anything we wanted that wasn’t actually included - very impressive. We spent plenty of time in the backyard and enjoyed the grill, the pool, the bocce court, the hammocks, and all the shaded seating. Other than the pool not being heated, everything was perfect!

Awesome location. Would never go on vacation to south Florida and rent anywhere else code on door made for easy access the house was great for entertainment pool heat wasn’t working so it was a bit cold but aside from that you won’t find a better location to stay with a group of people 10 out of 10

Excellent inside and outdoor space

Excellent arrangement of space. AC is not central; room air conditioners noisy and did not always provide sufficient cooling even with ceiling fans in all rooms. Furnishings comfortable, but worn. Kitchen/dining area great for groups. Pool and fenced-in yard great.

Nice location and backyard

We had a great 2 week stay over the holidays. The house has a great backyard with palm trees, TV, pool, and hammocks. We enjoyed spending time back there. There were, however, some inaccuracies with the beds. Each bedroom only has 1 actual bed. There was a futon, trundle, and cot in addition.

Cool property

This is a pretty accurate listing. We enjoyed the property and thought it was well listed. I might encourage the owner to make a list of TV remote instructions and some details about lights etc. Overall, we had a great time and the property Mgr was easy to work with.

Very cozy and relaxing oasis to stay!

Steve is one of the best host I have stayed with. His check in process was very easy. I loved that the ad shows the house exactly as it is. Pictures couldn't be more accurate but I never imagined the energy of the place. It is indeed like a private oasis. It's very welcoming, you do feel like home and you feel very relaxed. The place was spotless, the neighborhood it's very quiet and peaceful, also beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, and look to come back for a longer stay soon. Thank you Steve for making us feel like home!

Don’t stay here. Host VERY slow in responding to concerns. Wrong code was give to get in and host did not respond for 2 hours to assist with getting in. Lots of great pictures and bed rooms in description but not available for stay as had to split stay with other occupants. Was told I should have read the fine print of description. Very misleading. Messaged the host before based on a previous review to make sure the Pool was available to use and he said it was. It definitely was not and was disgusting. Someone came to service the pool three days in, but advised us not to get in for another day and a half, so the chemicals could do their job to clean it. Oven was not useful for the entire week. Part was ordered and then it would heat up but then the oven door would not open. Advise the host and nothing was ever done about it. Definitely would not stay there ever again.
