The house was clean and comfortable for our group of 8. Amenities were as described, and up to date with comfortable beds and a wel stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay hear again when visiting the area.

Memories

It took us 18 years to get our first blended family vacation. Trying to get time together is so hard these days with everyones schedules. Finding a place big big enough to hold almost everyone is almost impossible. Thankfully we found Montauk Oais. Perfect place to reconnect and enjoy each family member.

We are a family of 4 that likes to travel a lot. I always forget to pack something that we need so I kept that in mind when stocking the property with essentials, We bought this property in August and are so excited to share it with others, We have truly enjoyed getting it ready for guests.
Born and raised in Missouri, We love to go to the River, hike, bike, fish, anything outdoors really. We also like a good night in with games and movies. All things that are provided at the property or are less than a 5 minute drive away.

Why they chose this property

Of all the places we visit, coming to Licking, less than 10 minutes from the Current River, we enjoy this area with a slower pace of life the most. We look forward to sharing this beautiful setting and highly recommend that you stop by Montauk State Park Lodge (1 mi away) for some of their renowned ice cream or have a delicious meal at their restaurant.

What makes this property unique

This property is truly unique. It has the perfect amount of space whether you are a family or group of fishermen. Porch area(lanai) is the perfect spot to gather or go outside to the spacious patio with covered portiola to take in the tranquil surroundings. So many areas to enjoy your morning cup of coffee! Traveling for work? Bring your laptop out onto the screened porch and enjoy the glider swing while you check your emails. Trout fishing all day and muscles sore? Go unwind in the hot tub, Trying to keep the kids entertained? Grab a game and gather at the over-sized table on the porch. Ready for bed? Head to your room and settle in your comfortable queen sized bed; each room equipped with smart TV.
