Riverwalk Sunsets - On the Water

This unique condo was once an art gallery. Once you walk in you can feel and see the beauty of its artistic history. You are so close to everything downtown in this location. Take an evening stroll down the famous RiverWalk, or a carriage ride thru historic downtown. The condo is completely renovated and has one Bedroom and 1 bath. Also there is a Japanese floor mattress with bedding, for an extra guest. This beautiful condo will not disappoint, make your reservation now!

The main living area of the condo is open concept with the kitchen, living and dining spaces combined in a room with large windows overlooking the River Walk. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you'd need during your stay, and you can enjoy your meal at the small dining table or on the beautiful patio. The spacious bedroom is located at the back of the unit and features a king size bed with plush linens. The full bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a soaking tub!

The best feature of the condo is the large patio directly off the River Walk with spectacular views of the Cape Fear River. There is enough space to enjoy a meal al fresco, and it's the perfect spot to end your day with a drink in hand as you watch people stroll by.

Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as the private patio. We do have a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you are welcome to use everything you find at the condo.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking garage a few blocks away.

This is the 3rd property we’ve rented from Jody and her places never disappoint. All creatures comforts are accounted for, the apartment is thoughtfully decorated and appliances and fixtures are new. This may be our new go-to spot for our Wilmington weekenders!

The parking deck is 0.7 miles from the room. Not suitable for anyone with a disability or handicap parking. Owners communicated well during the stay. Bed was uncomfortable but the pillows were nice. Mattress was in the closet and you couldn’t hang anything in the closet. Shower handle was loose, air filter needed to be changed an American cockroach blessed me with their presence. I notified owner and they were quick to reply/repair.
