The cabin was spacious and plenty of room for our group. It was a beautiful and very private setting. Just be prepared for a bit of a drive to go into town!
Great spacious cabin. Wonderful deck and hardtop roads all the way to the house. Not far off the main road. Lower level needs to be aired out. Very musty, so much so we all stayed on the other levels.
The house was beautiful and the setting spectacular. It had everything we needed and hoped for, it was comfy and relaxing. Close to all the towns and attractions.
The cabin was clean on the inside, very gorgeous. The hot tub had too much chlorine in it, gave us a bit of a rash. When the smoke detectors went off at 10:30 at night I did get to talk to someone, but the response time was taking way to long to come. Thank goodness my husband is a firefighter and silenced the alarms.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you found the cabin beautiful and clean inside. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the hot tub and the smoke detectors during your stay. Guest safety and comfort are extremely important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Our team did follow up on the smoke detector issue, and we are grateful your husband was able to assist in silencing the alarms while we worked to respond. We have also reviewed the hot tub levels with our maintenance team to ensure they are properly balanced moving forward. We truly appreciate your stay and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
The house was clean and just as listed. It was not right on top of other cabins or homes and had privacy. This is one of the main reasons we prefer Wears Valley when we travel to the area. It is growing, but still quiet and in close proximity to the park and any dining and attractions we may want to enjoy.
Awesome! Impressed with the cabin & having privacy. My husband & I had great time on vacation & coming back to cabin to relax.

We loved this house! It was close to the park and almost felt like part of it. Lots of room, very cozy. The decks were lovely. The hot tub was great. We were out in the park doing hikes but it was such a great place to βcome homeβ to.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in the Tennessee Smoky Mountains. Visiting in February gave us views that were absolutely breathtaking. The large windows made it easy to enjoy the scenery from inside, and the layout was spacious enough to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and just about everything you could need (except maybe a pizza cutter haha!).The hot tub was ready for us upon arrival and was a great way to relax. We would have loved to use the fireplace as well, but there was a rule requiring the door to be open while it was in use. Since there were already several leaf bugs inside, we were hesitant to leave the door open and risk more getting in.Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable mountain getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay!
We absolutely loved this cabin. It wasn't too far from everything and it was actually extremely close to our favorite store, mountain brothers. The cabin sits off the road enough where we felt safe letting our kids play outside, age 5 & under. It was actually way too much room for us, but it was the best for the price so we utilized all of it. There are 3 different levels and a bed on each level so it did make it a little hard having smaller children, but that was clearly stated before booking. I really appreciated the detailed summary and bed location because it helped us plan better before we arrived. It's a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view and really felt like home, four nights weren't long enough. We all wanted to live there forever.
Actually got to check in earlier which was a plus. Cabin has great views. Clean. The downstairs is where my husband and I stayed and there was a mold/mildew smell. My husband is a contractor and he thinks there may be a leak from upstairs shower behind the wall. He heard some dripping at one time. (Which is one of those things when you own a home). We were however very disappointed with the hot tub. When we go to mountains and rent a cabin that is one of our evening activities that we always do. Monday evening we were like ok just turn temp up and check on it Tuesday. Still the same temp that afternoon so I called Eagle Property Management and they sent someone out to check on it. We were gone up town. Wednesday still wasnβt working so called again. Someone came out again and he worked on most of the day. When we got in Wednesday evening temp was still not above 85. This time when I called I was little irritated as we were leaving Friday morning. When called the lady that answered is same one had talked to the previous times and when advised that I was getting little irritated then I got the voice change and the defensive tone. Did not appreciate that at all. Iβm a consumer that paid for a cabin with a hot tub and a hot tub that we could not use after being there 3 nights. When we got home Thursday night wasnβt at a high temperature but could have got in but would still be cold with the outside temperature 48. Friday at checkout time was at appropriate temp.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the beautiful views, cleanliness of the cabin, and early check-in. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the hot tub during your stay, as well as for any frustration caused during your interactions with our team. We understand how important this amenity is when visiting the mountains and regret that it was not fully operational for the majority of your visit. We also appreciate you bringing the possible moisture concern to our attention so our maintenance team can further inspect the issue. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve both our maintenance response and guest experience moving forward.
We arrived at the property and there was chocolate all over the leather chair. The hot tub was broken and the ice maker downstairs was broken. We called the rental company and it took them 2 days to come out. We had to call them back to get them to come out. It was very frustrating because we booked it for the hot tub. The icemaker was making loud sounds all night keeping everyone up.
