I loved this sweet little house! It had everything I could possibly need and was so peaceful! I enjoyed the birds and the ground hog in the morning as well as the tree frogs at night. The bed was so comfy I will definitely be back next year!

Lovely little place

I really liked how the property was tucked back off of the street. It was cozy and quaint little guest house. My only complaint was the water. It had a strong sulfur smell. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The main bed was very comfortable and lots of things to do, even on the rainy days! The owner was very responsive to messages.

Grew up in rural lancaster pa. Bedford is closest to what lancaster was 50 years ago. Property sits on 67 acres we hunt and fish. We stay in 150 year old log cabin on property, love the outdoors and preserving history and nature.

Why they chose this property

Everything we ever wanted ,private yet 2 miles to major highway. Very nice getaway,world class trout streams,great view of sky no light pollution.

What makes this property unique

Private setting, nice fire pit,pond on property catch and release. Unplug and Unwind !Quarter mile driveway, no one else comes up except ower ,150 yards up from guest house .Buitiful setting sits on 67 Private acers.
